  • Mishandled Incoming Calls: The company was losing business due to mishandled or unanswered incoming calls, with no way to track where leads were coming from.

To address the challenges faced by the specialty grouting company, we implemented a multi-faceted strategy to correct SEO issues, improve online consistency, and enhance lead management. Our approach included the following key elements:

  • Website Restructuring and SEO Alignment: We redesigned the website to appeal to its target audience visually and restructured the backend to align with specialty keywords like “pressure grouting.” This ensured the site attracted the right leads and ranked for the most profitable services.
  • Harmonizing Off-Site Pages: We built, refined, and synchronized off-site pages, including Google My Business and other local and social platforms. This established a uniform online presence, significantly improving the company’s domain authority and search rankings.
  • Lead Tracking and Reporting Implementation: We developed multi-pronged online reporting mechanisms, enabling the company to track the effectiveness of its digital marketing efforts and manage incoming calls more effectively.

Through these strategies, we successfully realigned the company’s digital presence with its business objectives, ensuring it attracted the correct type of leads and improved its online visibility.

Results

Within four months, the company saw a dramatic increase in incoming call volume, rising from zero to 65 calls per month. The owner reported never having experienced such high call volumes before. From June 2020 to January 2021, the keywords ranking in Google’s top 20 positions increased from 8 to over 20. Additionally, 56 niche-specific keywords moved up 474 positions in Google's SERPs, while 49 location-based keywords improved by 319 in local search results across the Texas-Gulf Coast region.
